Sponsorship donations play an important role in any fundraising event.  They allow planners to prepare an exciting and fun-filled event, and they give sponsors a unique opportunity to promote their interests in a venue with over 600 potential or existing patrons.

If you are interested in sponsoring the auction, please complete the form below and someone will contact you from our office. Or, you can download the form and submit it with payment to the church office.

We will accept full or partial contributions towards a Sponsorship. Depending on your sponsorship level, you will be eligible for fun incentives.  Read below and decide which Sponsorship Opportunity you would like to support.

    OUTLAW LEVEL SPONSORSHIP

    $5,000
    Sponsorship donations at the Outlaw Level will receive eight (8) admission tickets, a reserved table, two (2) First Pick tickets, two (2) Lady Luck Raffle tickets, two (2) t-shirts, and souvenirs.
    This sponsorship will provide admission for the St. George Faculty and Staff and their guest.  Show your appreciation for the invaluable service they provide to our parish and give them to opportunity to join in our fellowship.
    Take advantage of our new mobile bidding platform to have your company’s logo in the hands of every patron.  Your logo will be advertised on the mobile bidding and on-line site, as well as, in our program and website.

    LAWMAN LEVEL SPONSORSHIP

    $2,500 to $3,000
    Sponsorship donations at the Lawman Level will receive eight (8) admission tickets, a reserved table, two (2) t-shirts, and souvenirs.
    Live Auction Sponsor
    The Live Auction is our largest fundraiser of the night.  Help ensure that it is a success with your sponsorship.  Your name or logo will be acknowledged during Live Auction, in the program, and on our website. 
    Program Sponsor
    Your sponsorship will provide for the printing of the Live Auction program, the most looked at item of the night!  Your name or logo will be acknowledged in the program itself and on our website.
    Photography Sponsor
    As the Photography sponsor, you have the opportunity to have your business captured on every photographic memory of the evening. Your name or logo will be printed on the photographs, in the program, and on our website. 
    Band Sponsor
    The auction would not be complete without great music.  Help sponsor the band and make sure the party continues once the bidding ends.  Your name or logo will be acknowledged during the event, in the program, and on our website. 
    Raffle Sponsor
    We will have three raffles during the auction that cost $20 per a chance: one raffle for the ladies, one for the men, and the other for families.  The Lady's Raffle will be for a glass of champagne and a chance for a piece of fine jewelry.  The Men's Raffle will be for the signature drink for the evening and a chance for something to be determined.  The Family raffle will give you the chance to win Principal for the Day for your kids.   The sponsors of these raffles will be acknowledged during the drawings, in the program, and on our website.
    First Pick Raffle
    This year, the First Pick Raffle winner will be determined in an exciting way.  Three names will be picked, an after a surprise virtual competition, one will be named winner of First Pick Raffle and kick off our Live Auction!  Be a part of this fun event by sponsoring this raffle.  Your name or logo will be acknowledged during the drawing, in the program, and on our website.

    $250 to $2,000
    Sponsorship donations at the Cowboy Level will receive one (1) admission ticket and one (1) $20 raffle ticket for every $250 donated.
